Book to series
Turn a book into an animated video series
Upload a novel, a memoir or a children's book. Naprel plans the cast and the episodes, generates them in batches you approve, and posts them to YouTube or TikTok on a schedule.
How it works
4 steps, start to finish
Upload the book
Naprel splits it into chapters and reads it for characters and places.
Approve the cast
Each character gets a portrait in your chosen style, so they look the same in every episode.
Plan and storyboard
An episode map, then a storyboard for each episode that you can edit before paying for video.
Generate and schedule
Generate in batches with one stated total. Approve each episode and it takes the next posting slot.
What you control
Every choice that costs money is yours
One art style for the whole series, held across every shot.
Chosen for the batch. The price per episode follows the model.
One episode or several. Each batch is priced up front and refused whole if your balance can't cover it.
Days and times in your time zone. Move a slot, or hold an episode back.
No episode posts until you have approved its final cut.
YouTube, TikTok, or both.
You see each batch's total before anything is generated, in credits and in dollars. There is no button that approves a whole series at once. Book to series is part of the Creator and Studio plans.
See ratesFrom the page to the screen
A chapter in, an episode out
“The lanterns came on one by one along the harbour, and Ada counted them the way her father had taught her…”
A storyboard panel holds the shot, the action, any dialogue, the seconds, who is in it and where it happens. That panel is the shot's script, so nothing is invented between the book and the screen.
Example passage and episode, made to show the feature.
Questions, answered
Can I turn my novel into a YouTube series?
Yes. Upload it, approve the cast and the episode plan, and generate episodes in batches. Each one posts on your schedule once you approve it.
How do characters stay consistent between episodes?
Each character has an approved portrait, and that portrait is the reference for every shot they appear in.
How much does a whole series cost?
You never pay for a whole series at once. Each batch shows its total first, so you spend one batch at a time and can stop whenever you like.
What if I don't like an episode?
Hold it. A held episode never posts, and the episodes after it move back a slot.
